Does Jeep Wave Cover Routine Maintenance?
Yes! The Jeep Wave program covers routine maintenance within the first two years of ownership. With Jeep Wave, your Jeep's initial two oil changes and tire rotations are included within the first 24 months of ownership, and all maintenance is handled by certified Jeep technicians at participating Jeep dealerships, like Dick Scott Auto Group. This makes Jeep Wave the only customer care program for non-luxury vehicles to provide unlimited mileage on its service benefits. The service center at Dick Scott Auto Group is proud to honor this routine maintenance benefit. While most Jeep models come with no mileage limitations, two years, and two free oil changes and tire rotations, Grand Wagoneer owners enjoy no mileage limits, three years, and three free oil changes and tire rotations.
How Does Jeep Wave Make Routine Maintenance Easier?
Getting routine vehicle maintenance can feel like a time-consuming chore that requires you to rearrange your entire day. Would you believe us if we told you it didn't have to? Jeep Wave offers an array of benefits to help make routine maintenance appointments easy and convenient. When you bring your Jeep in for routine maintenance, Jeep Wave includes a complimentary same-day vehicle rental, ensuring your day continues smoothly without interruptions. This rental coverage is available for scheduled routine maintenance and mechanical repair appointments and excludes bodywork. The rental vehicle must be rented from the dealership. However, if the dealership does not have a loaner available, one may be obtained from a licensed rental agency.
What Other Benefits Does Jeep Wave Offer?
Beyond the service benefits of the Jeep Wave program, customers also enjoy benefits like 24/7 roadside assistance. This covers roadside services like fuel delivery of up to two gallons per use, towing to the nearest Jeep service center, spare tire service, jump start service, and more. Meanwhile, in the unfortunate event that mechanical issues occur while traveling with your Jeep, Jeep Wave offers up to $1,000 of trip interruption coverage per use for the cost of lodging, food, and alternative transportation. Lastly, Jeep Wave customers get VIP treatment at all Jeep Brand events across the country, including the Easter Jeep Safari, Jeep Beach Week, Jeep Jamboree, and many more. These benefits are honored as long as the vehicle is within its five-year/60,000-mile warranty period.
