Dick Scott Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram is currently seeking experienced Service Advisors. Candidates must possess strong communication skills and a minimum of 2 year previous automotive service-writer experience. Dealer Track experience is a plus.

A Service Advisor (Service Writer) works with customers to schedule service work and communicate any additional service needed. Service Advisors also handle the administrative and customer concerns and comments for the technician, so that the technician will diagnose problems correctly. The advisor then translates the technician's findings, which may be complex, into language the customer will understand.

As with all positions within dealerships, Service Advisors are expected to uphold the highest ethical standards.

Job Duties - Service Advisor/Consultant:

Body Shop Manager

Dick Scott Collision in Plymouth, MI, currently has an opening for an experienced Automotive Dealership Body Shop Manager.

Responsibilities include developing business through insurance adjusters, customers and other sources to assure an adequate sales volume, provide a reasonable department operating profit and maintain certain customer satisfaction standards while controlling expenses. S/He directs the activities of the Body Shop repair facility employees in performing body repairs, including meeting time schedules and productivity levels and maintaining quality standards.

Job Duties:
