It's as easy as finding your favorite vehicle, working with the different options available: lease/finance/down payment/lease or finance terms/miles per year and then adding in the value of your trade estimate to find the perfect vehicle with an affordable payment. Once you find your best fit, you can get pre-approved and schedule a virtual or no-contact test drive.

Be sure to "send my progress" to us so we can pick up where you left off online and save time when we talk. You will also receive an emailed copy of all your choices for your records.

Once you decide on a vehicle and all necessary paperwork has been completed online, a NO-CONTACT DELIVERY will be scheduled. Details regarding all of our "No-Contact Delivery" options will be discussed at the time of sale.

Is the Offer Price negotiable?

·        The Dick Scott Express Buy Offer Price uses MSRP as the starting point. The Offer Price can be adjusted by you, but you will have to verify with a sales consultant or sales manager whether that price is agreeable.

How does the trade-in work?

·        Our system uses Kelly Blue Book Estimated Trade Value and will make an estimate of your trade value based on the condition that you choose:

o   Excellent (3%) - This vehicle looks new and is in excellent mechanical condition. It has never had paint or bodywork and has an interior and body free of wear and visible defects.

o   Very Good (23%) - This vehicle has minor wear or visible defects on the body and interior but is in excellent mechanical condition, requiring only minimal reconditioning.

o   Good (54%) - This vehicle is free of major mechanical problems but may need some reconditioning.

o   Fair (18%) - This vehicle has some mechanical or cosmetic defects and needs servicing but is still in safe running condition and has a clean title history.

·         Our pre-owned manager will want to see your trade in person in order to make an official offer based on your vehicle condition. 

How does Credit Score work?

·         Initially you will choose your appropriate score range:

o   Excellent (740-900)

o   Very Good (700-739)

o   Good (670-699)

o   Fair (630-669)

o   Poor (580-629)

·        As you move further down the process you will complete an actual finance application that will use your personal information to get an accurate credit score. This can all be done on our website through the Dick Scott Express Buy experience. Completing this information online will save you time and allow you to be pre-approved before you contact our dealership. 

How do I qualify for incentives?

·        If there are manufacturer incentives available that apply to everyone, those will be automatically factored and will reduce the Offer Price.

·        Occasionally conditional offers are available (for example Conquest Cash that can sometimes be available if you own a competitive brand) and additional documentation may be required for you to claim those additional incentives.

Is this deal binding? Am I actually completing the purchase online?

·        No! you are not obligated, you're building your own deal to meet your needs, but you are not tied to this purchase whatsoever.  In order to complete the purchase, you will need to speak with our knowledgeable sales staff. At that time, we will discuss everything in full detail and answer any questions you have before completing your purchase.

What are the next steps once I find a car I love and a deal I'm comfortable with?

·         Speak with a sales manager to make sure the vehicle you have chosen is the one that fits your needs.

·         If you "Send My Progress" we will have all the deal information that you do, so we can pick up right where you left off online.

·         You'll review your deal with a member of our sales team.

·         If you have a trade, our pre-owned manager will look at your car and make you an official appraisal offer on your trade vehicle.

·         If you are happy with the deal you made and you accept your trade-in offer, then you'll be able to move through the process quickly and be ready to take delivery of your new vehicle!
